专利摘要:
The invention relates to a composition and method for ensiling fodder and grain. The composition contains glucose oxidase in a carrier medium in an amount effective to produce gluconic acid upon addition to the material to be ensiled. A suitable amount of glucose oxidase to be added is from 10,000 to 10,000,000 IU perton of material to be ensiled.

专利说明:

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular, and to the production of feed, and in particular to methods of siloing vegetation feed.
The purpose of the acquisition of 138 - y: loosing process of lactic fermentation during the ensiling of vegetable raw materials.
The invention is based on the well-known phenomenon, consisting of the fact that in the presence of glucose, the system of the enzyme Glgacozox: Daz is a catalyst for the following reactions:
glucose +} 1.0 + 0. glucose oxyfluoride
gluconic acid
catalase
2N.O - From ,.
The oxygen released is ultimately used in the above.
reaction and the final product is a glucon red slot. It has been established that during the preparation of siaos as a result of fermentation reactions, a rapid decrease in pH and removal of oxygen occurs. Both are extremely necessary for lactic acid fermentation. The enzyme glucose oxidase or the end products of the reaction does not prevent lactic acid fermentation. Maximum concentrations of gluconic acid are reached after 2-20 hours, after which the concentration of lactic acid increases, and the concentration of gluconic acid simultaneously increases.
The method is illustrated by the following examples.
Example i, in the light. crushed), - grass, 0.005 wt.%
